  • Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge in Microfost Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Good knowledge of HR processes;
  • HR certifications are a plus;
  • Agile certification is a plus;
  • Work experience with Agile methodology;
  • English level - fluent (minimum B2 level);
  • Interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, innovation, motivating others, organizing and planning, problem solving, time management, flexibility, results oriented;
  • University Degree;
  • 3 years experience in organization & development or learning and development functions (preferably in multinational companies).

    Job description

    Design, plan and implementation of the learning and development initiatives (soft skills / leadership programmes, onboarding, performance management, change management, succession planning, talent management, diversity and inclusion), with focus on :

  • Partner with leadership team and HRBP in assessing individual learning and development needs;
  • Research, design and deliver employee learning & development initiatives that span the life cycle of the employee;
  • Assess the effectiveness of the learning & development related activities and propose ways of closing the potential gaps;
  • Design communication campaigns meant to increase people awareness of the learning & development offering;
  • Partner across all business to increase visibility and participation within all learning & development actions;
  • Participate in the design of the training budget and monitor the expenditures;
  • Facilitation of internal workshops and soft skills / leadership training delivery.
