We are expanding and we are looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer for work at home all over Poland or following locations : Krakow, Warsaw and Wroclaw
This position is essential to the success of our Salesforce implementation, transition and systems integration activities.
The candidate will have hands-on responsibility for designing and implementing high quality solutions requiring strong Salesforce administration and development skills.
The Sr. Salesforce Developer role will contribute as an individual, and in collaboration with both on-shore and off-shore development teams, in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
This individual must have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and a willingness to acquire new skills and learn new technologies.
What you need to have is?
Education / Knowledge :
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
Required Experience / Skill :
4+ years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or using Exact Target
Experience developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
Experience developing customer-facing Salesforce user interfaces
Proficient with Apex and Visualforce development
Proficient with SOQL, SOSL and SSJS
Experience with Salesforce DX
Experience with Salesforce Data Modeling and Management
Experience building workflows
Experience using Salesforce ecosystem APIs
Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
Experience in Salesforce application development or working with Salesforce Communities
Experience with TableauCRM
Qualification Requirements :
Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, architecture and integration capabilities
Development and executions of marketing programs that utilize multiple products within marketing cloud like email studio, advertising studio, web studio, journey builder, automation studio, MC connectors
Knowledge of end to end Campaign Management processes and in designing digital campaigns for millions of subscribers
Excellent technical & analytical skills with strong business acumen and proven ability to analyze and develop solutions for simple to complex customer journeys using automations, translating metrics / analytics into insightful analysis to drive change, campaign performance, scalability of systems
Using Content Builder, HTML, Amp scripting and WYSIWYG editors to create email templates, content modules and cloud pages.
Ability to provide guidance on email template design, improvements, usability / accessibility testing and documentation
Possess a strong understanding of Email best practices and processes.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical members / customers.
Assume overall technical responsibility for the design, implementation, and success of technical project deliverables.
Identify project requirements, design, implement and successfully deliver the solution.
Utilize high-levels of analytical ability and creativity to analyze complex scenarios and identify the optimal Salesforce technology to implement the most effective solution.
Anticipate potential problems, consider future trends, assess the opportunities, impacts, and risks while developing and implementing solution deliverables.
Work effectively with internal and external partners, ensuring that we meet quality, technical and security requirements
Produce clear, concise and accurate communications using strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
must be able to clearly convey thoughts, ideas, and direction to peers and team members; must be able to establish and maintain strong / positive work relationships.
Write detailed and thorough technical specifications and technical design documents.
