What we're looking for
new colleague will be joining SSPO Service Desk in our activities as SPOC
Single Point of Contact) for all the requests and issues regarding the
services that we operate.
What you'll be doing
as SPOC for the customers & partners regarding the requests for the
the information available in different tools to correctly assess and classify
the incident management process by interacting with all the involved parties in
the investigation to understand the status of the problem and ensure its
recurrent notifications with the updates about the investigation for the
the correct tracking of the updates and perform continuous followup with the
historical data to identify recurrent incidents and treat them accordingly.
What you need to know / have
to work in 8 hours shifts, covering the 24 / 7 support that we are providing to
in English (both written and spoken), French is considered a plus.
