Who we are The Analytics and Metrics team works with the design, marketing, and product groups to provide business value through the accurate reporting and in-depth analysis of digital behavior on Oracle's web properties. We are the go-to team for web metrics and analytics support. Who you are - A passionate digital marketing analyst ready to support our digital marketing projects.- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix organization.- Have a collaborative work style that results in ‘getting the job done’.- Experience in international projects and working with remote teams.- Be able to build strong business relationships with peers & stakeholders.- Technically inclined and proficient in working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics (or other similar click-stream analytics tools).- Ability to examine large and varied raw data and extract actionable insights. What you will do/ Responsibilities - Use web site analytics tools and data to evaluate website performance and present recommendations based on traffic trends for improving user journey/site conversion.- Prepare reports that highlight key metrics and trends.- Document and then train internal users on web analytics tools and techniques.- Task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools.- Participate in site launches to ensure proper measurement tools are in place.- Create/edit PowerPoint presentations for internal clients, including senior management. What do we require? - 3+ years of web analytics/measurement experience.- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).- Experience with web, mobile, and PC application tracking.- Ability to examine large and varied raw data and extract actionable insights.- Excellent writing, communication and, presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and, PowerPoint. Nice to have: - JavaScript, SQL, HTML knowledge.- Understanding of web analytics code - experience working with developers to define requirements, implement code, and validate data.- Understanding of marketing strategies (B2B).- Advanced reporting and data visualization ,including report automation.- Experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau, QlikView, Oracle BI Interface).
