This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and most cost-effective procurement of good and services to support the business needs.
The primary responsibilities are centered around :
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Purchase Order (PO) Administration (75%)
When appropriate direct low dollar / low risk purchases through corporate P-Card.
Supplier Capacity & Commitment Management (10%)
Review and update quality and delivery information in Oracle to ensure accurate Supplier Performance scoring per Panduit’s SPS policy (10%)
Engineering Change Order Management(ECO) : Update PO detail as required and manage acceptance of Engineering Change Notice with Suppliers (5%)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Required Degree : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain; Operations Management; Business or related field (or local country equivalent education)
Certificate(s) : APICS or CSCP certification a plus
Experience : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or 2 Years in Supply Chain
