Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and non- supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.
These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), maintain sales reports and data reporting for pipeline management and other established general administrative tasks.
Provide sales support to assigned territory / account.
Has a basic understanding of general / technical aspects of job and assists with project management, pricing, follow-up calls as needed.
Establishes professional working relationships with the client.
Excellence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Two year university degree or equivalent experience (economy, business).
Typically 1 year of IT support or selling experience.
Demonstrates ability to participate in selling activities in accounts where appropriate.
Demonstrates ability to learn the company's entire portfolio of products.
Demonstrates ability to effectively utilize internal resources on product and processes to complete routine tasks.
Understand sales process.
Good communication skills and telesales skills working directly with customer.
Must have ability to handle unique situations.
Must be a team player and juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Time management skills.
Fluent in English
Works in assigned territory / account.
Shares quota with the field.
Works under management or mentor supervision.
Assignments are typically routine where limited judgment is requirement.
