Assist customers with booking, preparing, testing, packing and shipping of Ixia hardware by following the internal procedure
Accurately log, track and maintain customer service requests
Accurately maintain the internal database with status and info regarding the shipped or inhouse items
Effectively work and communicate with local Support and Engineering team as well as EMEA Sales team
Provide basic level telephone and email support to internal customers located in EMEA region
Achieve customer satisfaction and metric goals
On demand support during late shifts (not on a regular basis)

Knowledge of hardware architectures and software installation across different OS
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
Windows and Linux knowledge (user level as well as admin)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

OS imaging tools knowledge
Networking background (CCNA) is a plus
