Guide developers and citizen developers to learn the skills of the future as part of a global community.
This is what you'll do at UiPath :
Generate awareness and amplification of the UiPath Platform through the execution of community programs and engagement tactics.
Engage new users and existing community members, listen to their needs, help them grow in their automation journey through learning and access in their local chapter, also global automation communities.
Developintegrated marketing campaignsand learning programs to support educational initiatives in the large UiPath Community that help new audiences upskill, reskill or obtain jobs as developers and citizen developers.
Define, manage and produce content and programs that deliver new developer acquisition, onboarding of new developers and professional growth of existing developers.
Share community success stories and achievements. This might include interviews, video production with agencies support, press releases, campaigns, social media activation etc.
Manage partnerships with developer communities , professional associations, and NGOs to expand the developer community, including searching and identifying opportunities for content and message amplification across region : potential partners, local user groups, 3rd party compatible communities etc
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement programs and partnerships successfully; communicate, maintain and develop internal stakeholder and customer relationships with different departments (Academy, Product, Sales, Tech Alliance, other Marketing teams).
Track metrics and milestones to ensure proper execution and success of the programs, campaigns and partnerships. Setup and use specific tools that help us gain insights.
Existing tools : Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI etc.
This is what you'll bring to the team :
Experience in nurturing and expanding developer communities , programs and marketing campaigns to support technology / products adoption.
Relevant results, metrics achieved and public proof of work.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Keep things simple, down-to-earth and relevant to the developer audience.
English proficiency is a must.
Quick to demand results from self and others, agility in acting. Multi-disciplinarity. Have a strong understanding of the use of marketing tools and techniques.
High inclination towards collaboration. Curiosity to learn, ask questions and build meaningful relationships and programs.
Easily take the role of the facilitator, as open as possible and with much care for all. Experience in working cross-departments.
Be responsive to change and accelerated pace. Bold in your approach, immersed and fast in execution.
Technical background is a plus, passion to develop communities is mandatory.
