Focuses on administration and transactional activities within the HR department, working cooperatively with team members to support completing the country HR objectives.
Working at NTT Key roles and responsibilities : Personnel Administration : Organize and maintain employee records and HR databases : input employee personal data into human resources information / computer system (HRIS) database, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, benefits, terminations, etc.
Provide information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information Drafting standard correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle such as confirmation of employment and changes to terms and conditions.
Benefit and compensation administration Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
Onboarding and Offboarding : Co-ordinate all administrative and logistics related to the onboarding and offboarding process including : organizing pre-employment checks, pre-onboarding activities and induction day as well as exit check list, external vendors information, HRIS profile update HR projects and initiatives : Act as point of contact for HR related queries from employees and external partners Co-ordinate administration for HR projects & participate in HR audits Document and track human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records What will make you a good fit for the role?
Knowledge, skills and attributes Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Strong administration background Meticulous attention to detail PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications Basic knowledge of labour legislation Written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Teamwork skills Academic qualifications and certifications : Human Resources Inspector diploma would be a plus Experience required : Proven experience in similar human resources positions Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator Proven administrative support experience Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS Good English level
