We’re looking for a new member in our local Human Resources team. Get ready to play an active role in providing the most efficient HR services (HR administration & payroll preparation) for SIG employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key job responsibilities :

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Processing the General Service Requests such as HR Service Requests (Tier 1) in German and English language (e-mail, tickets, phone)
  • Processing Special Service Requests
  • Support transfer of additional tasks regarding HR processes from local entities to Business Service Center (preparation of documentation).
  • Payroll and Administration related processes like creating documents for new and existing employees (work contracts, annexes, certificates of employment, employment and salary certificates, etc.
  • in German and / or English

  • Makes sure that the personnel files are completed and updated according to the law
  • Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, terminating, name change, etc.
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Record time events that are not covered by ESS (such as special holidays, sick leave, etc.)
  • Run payroll test for entities in Austria, Switzerland and Germany and perform adjustment of payroll data to eliminate failure in payroll execution
  • Administrate ePersonnel Files and eDocument Management system
  • Take ownership on various topics and projects, initiate them, deliver results by successful implementation in the team
  • Desired skills and experience :

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English and German language (B2+ level)
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Payroll & HR Administration or similar roles
  • Knowledge in SAP HCM and Excel
  • Key competences :
