Job mission :
Are you passionate about IT security? As part of the Security Office you will perform the analysis of information on the latest threats and vulnerabilities and define improvement actions.
This position requires the ability to communicate, present technical concepts to business audiences, evaluate security performances through metrics and provide new ideas on improving the overall security of the environment.
This function currently operates under normal business hours. However, our engineers may be involved in a stand-by schedule that occurs outside business hours.
You are a graduated Bachelor or Master in Information Technology or Information Security and you have demonstrated experience in the field of cyber-
IT security. Within your function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the vulnerability management processes of Cegeka and its customers :
Drafting periodic security reports and communicating them to the asset owners and the security officer highlighting the identified issues
Follow up on agreed-upon actions with asset owners or the responsible departments
Furthermore, you will be involved in the evaluation of information / technical security systems and practices within Cegeka. This includes :
Collecting data, analyzing results and preparing reports relating to project / program objectives
Perform analysis as part of reported incidents and provide advice to asset owners
One or more security certifications such as CISSP or GIAC is considered a plus.
Abilities required :
Analytical problem solving skills. Critical thinking
Understanding of common operating systems (Windows, Linux, )
Hands-On experience with vulnerability scanning solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail oriented with solid customer service skills
Take responsibility for customer satisfaction
Speak, read and write fluent English.
