Part of the Online marketing department, you will be managing a wide array of digital related topics based on internal strategy and with a customer centric approach.
The role will be accountable for managing and executing campaigns, analyzing performance reports, and driving campaign development projects.
Partners with E-commerce Director to establish and continually improve segmentation strategy & implementation for E-CRM
Develop and manage the loyalty program, focusing on personalization, testing and driving engagement and retention for online customers
Utilize data to understand customers' lifecycles, identify retention opportunities, and deploy strategies to improve their experience online
Leverage appropriate marketing channels (e.g. email, social, push notifications, direct mail) to support loyalty marketing initiatives.
Design, implement and manage digital media campaigns for Sephora online store
Suggest new strategies in order to increase our brand awareness and the performance of digital campaigns.
Following production / implementation in terms of campaigns materials communication with the agency and technology providers
High attention on details and good ability of working with contracts and budgets.
Manage also agency peers in order to deliver campaigns and projects on time and on budget.
Develop, use and monitor a set of relevant KPIs and correlate with business objectives for digital initiatives, in order to assess the impact and to optimize activities through on an ongoing basis;
Stay up to date with the latest trends in terms of digital media tools
Digitally savy, upskills and transmits digital knowledge and mindset
Good knowledge and proven experience in Digital Marketing ( PPC campaigns, Social Media)
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Experience in e-Commerce or other conversion focused landscape (either client or agency side)
Proficiency with FB Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and other specific tools
Good knowledge of UX & SEO principles
Individually Qualified in Google AdWords and / or Google Analytics represents an advantage
Ability to express your thoughts in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical skills
Self-organized and interested to constantly track the achieved results
