We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join as the Team Leader of our to be established teamof EMEA Data Center Group Lead Development Representatives, based in ourBucharest offices.
The Team Leader will manage a team of EMEA Lead Development Representativesresponsible for handling inbound and outbound lead qualification coming frommarketing activities being driven by local and central marketing teams acrossthe EMEA region.
The ideal person should be experienced as a Team Leader, knowing how to managea team and provide effective guidance based on his / her own experience withdriven inbound / outbound telemarketing services with the aim to qualifyingleads.
The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, managing andmotivating team members on a daily basis.
As a Team Leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so yourcommunication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to actproactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team toachieve goals.
It is important that the Team Leader has strong stakeholder management skillsand understands how matrix organisations work, as a strong collaboration isrequired with the sales side of the house, specifically with our team ofInternal Sales Reps hosted in the same office location.
Once hired, the TeamLeader will be tasked with hiring the people to form the newly establishedLead Development Representative function.
Key responsibilities include :
Create an inspiring Team environment with an open communication culture
Oversee the day to day workings of the team; track and report on results andinterlock with the sales organisation as well as the individua marketingleaders for whom the team is driving campaigns
Work with in-country sales and marketing teams to ensure their timely followup on leads passed on to the from the team of Development Reps.
Collaboratively work with the country and EMEA marketing leaders to supporttheir lead generation efforts
Provides consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
Effectively communicate and present Lenovo DCG product solution and valueproposition to the Lead Development Reps Team
Provides consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly lead genactivity reports
Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Motivate team members
Discover training needs and provide coaching and ensure to involve internalLenovo Subject Matter Experts in arranging specific product and solutionstrainings of the Lead Development Reps
Reach KPIs set on the amount of in- and outbound leads, turnaround timesetc.

Position Requirements :
What you should have :
3-5 years of proven work experience as a Team Leader or supervisor of aTelemarketing, Telesales or Lead Generation Team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Organisational, Planning and Operational skills
High Level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
The ability to be a playing coach and cover some of the lead gen workhim- / herself, to ensure that there is an understanding of the day to daychallenges and be a fall-back resource in bottleneck situations
Desire to grow personally and professionally - a love for learning
General knowledge of the Lenovo Hardware Portfolio (this is not arequirement but will certainly add points)
Computer based program usage (MS Office, Dynamics)
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
