Enables SMB business growth working in strong collaboration with GBU / Category, Marketing and Sales Ops organization in order to build the right processes, message & value proposition for SMB.

Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas regarding the winning 4Ps for SMB.

Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the SMB segment global strategy & implementation.

May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.

Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.

Orchestrate functional teams within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.


  • Enable the design and Implementation of the 4Ps multi-RTM growth strategies for SMB Customer segment & balances short term with long term strategies in strong collaboration with Category, Sales ops and marketing ·Orchestrate all enablement initiatives associated to the SMB GTM at global level in strong collaboration with Market SMB program lads and SMB Central team.
  • Drives operational efficiency initiatives that improve HP profitability within the SMB Segment·Applies financial rigor and acumen to all SMB initiatives ·Leads highly complex, time- sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.
  • Staffs and manages cross- functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.·Identifies or develops cutting- edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders·Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders·Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Education and Experience Required

  • Proven experience as business program or business enablement lead·Experience in GBU Marketing, Category desirable·Strategic Planning & Implementation solid experience·Thorough understanding of sales enablement techniques and methods·Solid financial acumen and excellent knowledge of performance evaluation metrics·Business acumen with strategic mindset·Vertical Industry acumen - SMB Market dynamics, competition landscape & buying behaviours·An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities·Excellent communication skills
