You will be working on the development of a real time, dashboarding and monitoring solution with data visualizations using the latest technologies.
We are seeking an enthusiastic developer that is a self-starter and is fascinated with delivering an overall excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will bring analytical, critical thinking, trouble shooting skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for understanding the customer deployment environment, providing technical resolutions for customer issues as well as influencing scrum teams and product managers towards product quality initiatives.
We are looking for engineers who are quick learners, excellent communicators, hardworking, and who like to have fun. You will play a key role in designing and building product features using a mixture of technologies, programming languages and systems that will require you to keep up with the latest technological trends.

What kind of work would you be doing?
Developing an understanding of customer deployment environments.
Own and drive high quality resolution of customer reported product technical issues.
Provide high quality defect fixes and new features.
Ensure timely release of high quality product patches.
Contribute towards patch process improvement initiatives.
Provide on-site or on-the-phone deployment support of the Operations Bridge Suite Product family.
Communicate high impact product issues and customer experiences to the development team in order to improve quality of future product releases
Review and evaluate designs to ensure long term adaptability and sustainability. Champion processes that ensure very high quality product releases
Encourage and contribute to innovation aligned with the business
Provide R&D inputs into the product / suite functional road-map and represents the team in the wider architect community
What achievements should you have so far?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Typically 4+ years’ experience.
Must have :
Four or more years of software development experience with technologies such as Java, J2EE, JBoss, JMS, JMX, Java script, Spring, Hibernate, XML, SQL, Oracle, Perl, VBS, and shell scripting languages
Experience working directly with customers and support engineers
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate (both written & verbal) and share solutions with CPE and development engineers, MF Support and customers
Development and troubleshooting experience with Linux, Windows server operating systems
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Preferred experience in enterprise product requirements such as security, high scale, multi-tenancy, high availability, suportability etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English and local language.
High want :
Familiar with JSON / REST APIs
Experience with agile development methods
Experience in working in multi-cultural teams and multi-site
Good understanding of version control systems, preferably GIT.
Apache Storm / Flink
Apache Kafka / Pulsar
Familiar with the GO programming language
Experience with Vertica or other column store databases
Experience with machine learning techniques
Docker containers using Kubernetes or other cloud management infrastructure
