Key responsibilities include :
Ensure that all sales bookings are promptly recorded and tracked
Assist in the effective onboarding of digital client campaigns including managing the process to obtain core information required to set up profiles in a timely manner and escalating any issues.
Upload and update content using a CMS platform
Work collaboratively with campaign and product managers to plan, create, deliver and analyse client digital campaigns and to optimise performance and brand awareness including checking and auditing assigned products for content accuracy, updates and optimal functionality on an ongoing basis.
Serve as a liaison between the internal execution teams and customers as required.
Take the lead on reporting regularly on all digital client campaigns assigned and leading on the key administrative tasks
Plan and maintain regular touchpoints with assigned customers, making sure their needs and expectations are met
Support the sales team with any queries, and help with renewals and upselling
Understand and develop knowledge of all company digital services (website content and SEO, display advertising) campaigns, email marketing, social media)
Support the team to manage the transformation and automation projects by leading on the day to day management of manual tasks.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate :
Essential Skills :
Ideally with 1+ year of experience in Client Services.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Evidence of providing an outstanding service to clients
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to follow detailed plans
Interest in the web and digital technologies
Experience of working across multiple different timezones, countries and cultures
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Highly motivated and used to working in fast paced environments
Technical skills and qualifications
Meticulous administration skills
Knowledge of content management systems and CRM platforms
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly excel)
Excellent project management skills
