Your responsibilities

Manage teams to integrate automotive software platform based on AUTOSAR

Plan and monitor projects according to budget, quality and time

Responsible for identifying project resource requirements

Identify, escalate, track, and remove impediments to optimize the flow of value through the teams

Assess risks and react with appropriate countermeasures

Interact to stakeholders and management and report progress and quality deviations

Ensure qualitative development by implementing built-in quality principles following agreed upon methods, processes and tools

Accountable for the progress, quality and timing of delivery of the agreed work products

Work together with product managers, product owners, customer interface and other stakeholders to secure alignment between the strategy and its execution

Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings on Project Level and Team Level

Steer the improvement program and are responsible for placing the improvements properly in the planning.

Your profile

Academic degree in Computer Science, Electronics or similar

Experience in embedded software development and embedded software architectures

Experience in leading software projects and related state of the art methods for project management

Experience with software development processes and development standards for embedded real time software

Autonomous, analytic and structured working style

Outgoing, self-confident personality with team player capabilities

Good communication skills : English language is a must, German a plus

Experience in analyzing customer requirements and proposal creation

Experience with automotive platforms (AUTOSAR) is a plus

Conflict resolution and mediation skills, and enjoy coaching people

Good at building networks and connecting people.
