What you’ll do
You’ll beresponsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their employees regarding their company mobile phone.
You’ll be diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding ordering and delivery of the phones, billing enquiries, software issues and helping them to gain platform access.
You’ll be working on the telephone and via email, completing tickets in your queue within pre-set time limits, so the ability to prioritize your own work is essential.
You’ll be expected to meet or exceed established activity goals which include handling approximately 20+ calls per day and around 50+ emails / tickets per week, so you must be happy working in a fast-paced setting.
You’ll be working an eight-hour shift between 8am-8pm and this could change on a weekly basis, so we require a degree of flexibility.
Who you are :
You’re enthusiastic about providing phenomenal support for many types of clients and consider yourself to be a committed problem-solver.
Ideally, you will have previously worked on a Service Desk or in a Support Center handling calls and tickets. If you are courteous and professional, as well as passionate about providing the highest level of Client service, then we welcome you to apply to become a part of our team! Where you’ll work :
This role will be working from home until it is safe to return to our office, which we hope to do in 2022.
