Your tasks :
You will be responsible for directing and executing specific technology assignments related to support, maintenance, basic analysis and troubleshooting in the area of unified endpoint management.
Document all work done in our ticketing system. Administration of enterprise level systems (primarily LANDesk, but also including : patching, ticketing system, encryption, antivirus, software packaging, software distribution and patch management). Your main tasks :
Configuration and maintenance for Landesk / Ivanti Management Suite (LDMS / EPM) for multiple technical areas;
Management of LDMS architecture, implementing upgrades and testing for LDMS;
Assist in design and build additions to LDMS implementation;
Utilize LDMS for inventory, monitoring client agent health remote control, software distribution, patch management, license monitoring, OS provisioning;
Creating customized queries and reports;
Develop / customize scripting technologies and components (PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch Files, SQL) in a Windows / Citrix environment;
Develop / customize interfaces with systems with cross functional teams and departments;
Providing project support or leading intern project workpackages;
Documenting processes and procedures;
Look for opportunities to implement new product capabilities.
Your qualification : Required
Minimum 2 years LANDesk administration experience to include : Software packaging Software deployment Patch Management Developing Reports Systems Monitoring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Advanced English language skills (mandatory)
LANDESK certifications for Administration
Experience in ITIL environment
