The Inside Sales Associate individuals are responsible for handling sales leads and converting them to new business opportunities within the designated region.

The role is the 1st steps into the sales process, requiring an excellent consultative character and providing a the chance to work with various stakeholders Globally.

We are therefore looking for individuals with clear & professional verbal and written communication skills in English, accompanied with a second speaking language as fluent (French).

You would require excellent research capabilities and a proven ability to use initiative and work within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Reacting to sales leads and generating them to new business.
  • Maximizing coverage within the specific region, probing organizations with our clients products.
  • Initiating contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists through telephone and e-mail, COLD CALLING IS INTEGRAL.
  • Establishing and growing a solid working knowledge of our clients Software products and the value the offer to potential customers.
  • Actioning additional support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product details, quotations and closures.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system, experience with is desirable.
  • Skills / Experience :

    Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

    Excellent research and analytical skills

    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    Fluency in English & French
