Main responsibilities :
Coordinate and ensure implementation of Procurement business processes and plans to achieve greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price and service
Manage operational activities related to professional sourcing for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence to support business decisions in investments
Support implementation of business processes and plans the Procurement function, manage the budget and financial aspects
Responsible for setting day to day operational objectives to obtain products & services required by the organization e.
g. Office Supplies, Computers, Products for retail, etc.
Support to develop and execute various procurement processes including : products & service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing / terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration (eg : validity of tariffs, contract period, payment terms, update of SCoc, Duty Dilligence questionnaires, etc, including Ops subcontractor;
Vendor Master Data maintenance), supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing
Responsible for Compliance & BASWARE updates / analysis
Regular contact with other specialist departments
Cooperate with 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
More than 5 years experience in similar position
Ability to co-odinate cross functional team and projects
