The Training & Development Specialist is accountable for developing skills, knowledge and competencies and measuring them against set benchmarks with the aim of helping the participants optimize the BU’s current and future goals and objectives.
The target group is formed by the Measurement Solutions Sales Engineers across Europe. Training delivery is an important component of the job.
Collaborate with management to identify and analyze departmental training needs
Accountable for the dedicated education development plan and its roll-out
Plan, develop and implement an effective training curriculum for all engineers
Own the content development and ensure proper training methodology development and selection for trainings within direct responsibility
Deliver, review and analyze the courses to determine the effectiveness of training sessions.
Develop effective monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure employees are performing their job responsibilities according to training delivered
Continuously improve and innovate the training delivery methodology and be responsible for creating speed and efficiency in employees’ preparation
Complement management to understand employees performance gaps and needs
Act as gatekeeper for all training processes within functional responsibility
Leverage training materials from other World Areas and product companies
Connect with all respective functions that generate business changes (operational, business process analyst,) in the various phases of kick off, change implementation, ensure application of guidelines for mapping and documenting processes
University degree (Technical or Business preferred)
3+ year experience in training / Customer Care / Sales
Languages : English advance level
PC skills : Ms Office, Internet
