You are responsible for

Preparation quotes for private customers and distributors based on Key Account Managers requests

Pre quote activities (credit check, realization time update, etc.)

Ensure collection and approval of the information with internal functions when preparing the quote

Coordinate and preparing quotes approval in dedicated tool

Participation in the implementation of new procedures and tools, drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support order placement activities

Upon request from Account Managers, Project Managers or other functions ensure order changes reflected in the systems and communicate it to the customer

Reports preparation, ensure accurate records maintenance in internal systems on quoting process

Execute other tasks assigned by Line Manager required by business needs.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Higher Education

Experience 2-3 years in operating or supporting function

MS Office (Excel) user

Soft skills : good communication skills, decisive approach, stress resistance, customer focus, detail oriented, prioritization of a big amount of tasks, proactive

English level at least B2 (Upper- Intermediate) for oral and written communication.
