Working with Hiring Managers to build the hiring requirement and interview slate
Source candidates through appropriate tools and means
Assesses applicants’ credentials and determines if skills meet the needs of the hiring manager
Utilises job fairs, college contacts, temporary agencies, search firms and internet tool to meet recruiting needs
Use of social media and other tools to promote Xerox, network and source candidates
May function as technical or executive specialist sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialised and executive level positions
All other duties as assigned
Fluent in English - required
Fluent in another European language, aside from Romanian, preferred
