As Project Manager you will be responsible with the end-to-enddelivery of assigned value engineering projects, from the Charter Approval throughto full availability to customers.
You will be the one to drive progressthroughout the project lifecycle by providing focus for the contributors,owning and tracking project plans and working to identify and resolve issuesand blockages that arise.
You will have the responsibility for the projectitself, irrespective of ownership of the resources, and they work acrossfunctions, line-management and organizational boundaries to achievecomprehensive delivery.
Oversee and direct operations (SBG) and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects.
You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
Contribute to identifying cross-product impacts and system implications.
Create project Capex and approval documentation in line with agreed processes. Raise Purchase Requisitions for equipment and services specifically required for the project.
Resolve issues that arise, escalating if required. Ensure all deliverables are completed to plan and quality targets and these and these are correctly updated and tracked into Accolade.
Track accurately VE Saving Plan / Forecast and Actual in Accolade.
Chair and administer regular project team meetings to track progress and deal with issues and blockages arising. Ensure formal process steps are followed and project records are maintained to process requirements.
Maintain effective links with the R&D Centre, Sourcing, Regulatory and ISC Manufacturing sites.
Encourage use of best practices in planning, development and test to reduce risk throughout the project lifecycle.
