We are looking for an experienced IT HCM Analyst with multi-disciplinary technical expertise (platform capabilities, integration capabilities) and a genuine curiosity for new technologies and employee experience solution development.
The IT HCM Analyst has a good technical and functional understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management and potentially SAP Human Capital Management (configuration is a plus).
We need an individual who has had experience with building efficiencies with the product, providing analytics, setting up reporting and dashboards.
This role would fit someone who enjoys both operational support and project implementation work.
Strong verbal and written communication, client empathy and good listening skills are key assets the IT HCM Analyst possesses and applies.

oOnboarding : Streamlined to the onboarding process through workflows, use of electronic signatures on documents, and notifications.
oCore Payroll and Benefits : Builds workflows and reports as needed to support payroll and benefit processes.
oTalent Performance Management : Streamlined to processes for quarterly conversions to enhance the manager-employee experience.
Build reports and dashboards as needed.
oCompensation management : Supports HR in establishing workflow for annual compensation approval processes, as well as complex incentive plans.
oWorkforce Management : Partners with our response team to build workflows and processes for schedule management and other solutions provided in the module.
oLearning Management : Supports employees and enables learning through the system. Build reports and dashboards as needed.
oTakes the necessary actions to enable full adoption and utilization of all system modules throughout the organization and affiliated entities.
