JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced IT HCM Analyst with multi-disciplinary technical expertise (platform capabilities, integration capabilities) and a genuine curiosity for new technologies and employee experience solution development.

The IT HCM Analyst has a good technical and functional understanding of Oracle Human Capital Management and potentially SAP Human Capital Management (configuration is a plus).

We need an individual who has had experience with building efficiencies with the product, providing analytics, setting up reporting and dashboards.

This role would fit someone who enjoys both operational support and project implementation work.

Strong verbal and written communication, client empathy and good listening skills are key assets the IT HCM Analyst possesses and applies.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Overall responsibility for operating the Human Capital Management Systems Administration across a complex organization of multiple entities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data. Ensures consistency for all updates to the system.
  • Responsible for all HCM modules to ensure a positive people experience :
  • oTalent Acquisition : Streamlined to the recruiting process. Ensure applicants are progressing through the system. Builds reports and dashboards for talent acquisition analytics.

    oOnboarding : Streamlined to the onboarding process through workflows, use of electronic signatures on documents, and notifications.

    oCore Payroll and Benefits : Builds workflows and reports as needed to support payroll and benefit processes.

    oTalent Performance Management : Streamlined to processes for quarterly conversions to enhance the manager-employee experience.

    Build reports and dashboards as needed.

    oCompensation management : Supports HR in establishing workflow for annual compensation approval processes, as well as complex incentive plans.

    oWorkforce Management : Partners with our response team to build workflows and processes for schedule management and other solutions provided in the module.

    oLearning Management : Supports employees and enables learning through the system. Build reports and dashboards as needed.

    oTakes the necessary actions to enable full adoption and utilization of all system modules throughout the organization and affiliated entities.

  • Acts as an ambassador for engagement and use of the system.
  • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE TO TAKE ON THIS CHALLENGE

    Basic requirements (Education, Level of Experience, Language)

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or business administration, or related field required.
  • Approximately five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
  • Experience with HCM / HRIS is required.
  • Experience with MobileXpense preferred
  • Good knowledge of supporting and configuring Oracle HCM Business Applications.
  • Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, transport protocols, object dependencies and tables, and security authorization is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Willingness to travel to operational facilities when required (limited).
  • Needed Knowledge (Technical knowledge required for the position)

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Modules - Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning and / or Onboarding
  • SAP HCM - Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Payroll are a plus
  • Interface specification development, testing and maintenance
  • Automated data migration tools
  • Needed skills (Soft skills required by the position as People management, analytical skills, problem solving,...)
