Job Description

Analyzes internal defective parts and updates the defect catalog based on the findings;

Proposes / requests the modification of the defect catalog;

Coordinates and verifies the documentation for the final approval of the production line (line release);

Collects and monitors the corrective actions established following the analysis of defective or rejected parts (Q Alert, 8D, PSS, PDCA);

Fill in with the necessary information standardized documents specific to quality in the production department (14Q Principles, QAM, 4M, 5S, Stop Board);

Completes daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;

Responsible to know the quarantined parts, the reasons for blocking and creating stocks;

Ensures communication with the person responsible for internal audits;

Collects OPLs from internal audits;

Is responsible for maintaining and improving the content of the manual visual inspection standard;

Prepares documents for internal and external complaints;

Qualifications

University degree in technical study

Preferably experience as quality or manufacturing engineer

Knowledge of quality methods, such as , 5 Why, 6-Sigma, FMEA etc. and of technical statistics

IT Knowledge : MS-Office, SAP

Fluent English is mandatory
