You provide support to our Team Leaders and Project Leaders in Germany, with various administrative tasks for the employees in the assigned business units.
You will work with a project management software.
Your main responsibilities will be :
reading, understanding and answering requirements in German
check the timesheet reports and ensure that the rules and regulations in Germany are respected
check the medical leave certificates of the employees and ensure the correctness of the documents submitted
manage the inventory for each employee
check and ensure the correctness of vacation planning for the employees
check the final timesheet monthly
you have a bachelor's degree
no previous work experience is required
you already have very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
you have very good attention to details and communication skills
you can communicate easily in English and German (minimum B2 level)- mandatory
