Role :

Responsible for meeting standard and complex customer and suppliers requirements escalated from the first line customer services generalists or delegated from the Functional Experts working directly with clients.

Responsabilities :

  • Accountable for customer response rates and customer satisfaction within the GTM Compliance operations area of responsibility;
  • Acting as a first point of escalation for customers and the wider GTM Function;
  • Monitoring and escalating to GTM Lead that the team has the hours, materials and resources in place on a day to day basis to meet all its service commitments, ensuring that short term changes are balanced against medium and long term priorities;
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other HR SSO and Finance SSO teams to share best practices and develop / enhance processes;
  • Take the lead role in handling difficult customers and decision making for complex service requests;
  • Develop and execute action plans to continually improve customer satisfaction levels;
  • Manage and develop use of the case management tool to enhance the customer experience. As well as liaising with the HR IS Team for development of GTM relevant tools or tool adjustments to meet operational needs;
  • Manage a right first time’ culture within the team.
  • Requirements :

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Any other language is a plus German is desirable;
  • Experience of delivering services in a complex business services environment;Relevant HR Systems knowledge.
