We are looking for Scrum Masters to coach and enable our Engineering teams to work efficiently and quickly together. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coach Engineering teams with in-depth guidance on Agile roles, rituals, and artefacts.

Design and deliver transformational agile training for participants in all Agile roles.

Continuously measure and report the progress of teams in meeting their goals.

Evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements.

Identify areas of improvement and drives changes toward efficiency.

Main requirements

Bachelor's degree in technical or management areas.

Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.

Experience in leading large-scale agile projects and teams.

Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).

Strong communication skills in any medium.

Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals.

Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.

Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change.

Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

Experience in Agile methods and techniques.

Experience coaching Scrum of Scrums in a multi-team Agile environment is a plus.

Experience in a variety of software development, program and project management methodologies and techniques is a plus.
