  • Management of the Operation as disciplinary head / highest internal & external plant representative within company policies, procedures and legal requirements
  • Lead HSE activities and drive 0 accident philosophy
  • Drive lean and continuous improvement culture in all areas
  • Assure collaboration between all local functions and interface to Business Units and support functions
  • Actively drive competitiveness of operations e.g. by engaging in flagship activities, contributing to customer RFQs, smooth project launches
  • Establish KPI scorecard and monitoring to ensure OP is met in all aspects
  • Derive capacity / resource / capex planning from long-term customer demand (SPORT), assure execution of operative planning process on plant level
  • Supervising and motivating department heads and staff, establishing strong working relations
  • Conduct department heads performance reviews
  • Qualificationsarrow right

  • Master Degree, Industrial or mechanical Engineering or comparable
  • qualification
  • 5 years automotive experience
  • Analytical thinking and Method to analyse and solve problems
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership
  • AVS / NVH product know how is an advantage
  • Regional language; fluent English
  • Knowledge of Quality tools : ISO / TS 16946, ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and
  • 50001
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • Windows Office Knowledge
