Responsibilities

  • Implement and rigorously follow the Human Resources standard methodologies in terms of people retention, performance assessment, motivation and talent development;
  • Perform monthly / quarterly / yearly individual appraisal discussions with the team members;
  • Design and implement action plans, coaching and mentoring sessions for the team members, talent development sessions, as well as career development sessions;
  • Propose various ways of recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements
  • Coordinate sessions with team members dedicated to career path progression;
  • Develop different schemes of recognizing and rewarding individual and team level achievements;
  • Propose and implement ways the team gets to know and respect the company's policies.
  • Develop action plans, coordinate and ensure mentorship, deliver learning sessions to allocated team members;
  • Organize sessions with team members dedicated to career path progression;
  • Handle conflicts within the team;
  • Accurately and timely report and update the information on salaries, leaves, incentives and any other information related to human resources practices, such as employees’ health or health and safety measures at work etc.
  • Participate in recruiting and selection of new team members and ensure accurate on-boarding of the team, according to company procedures in place;
  • Ensure LTO and New Joiners Curriculum is cleared for each team member;
  • Carry out onboarding / off boarding procedure for team members within Genpact;
  • Support the architect with monitoring the staff performance daily and ensures individual and team objectives are met by following the established standards;
  • Maintain discipline and positive behavior in the team;
  • Prioritize motivational programs for team members;
  • Ensure the Compliance policies communication to the team and the awareness for all team members, as well as the monthly report to the responsible department;
  • Keep a close collaboration with the rest of the management team to be up to date with process and customer related issues / initiatives through internal governance;
  • Ensure monthly / quarterly / annually updating of the statistics and data on team members for retention purposes;
  • Initiate and implement different projects and initiatives across the team / Genpact
  • Ensure support in implementing different programs and initiatives related to the employment, wellbeing, retention or exit of persons from the team;
  • Support difficult discussions with the team members
  • Act as a mentor within the team, in order to maintain and develop Genpact’s values.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

  • University graduate
  • Relevant team management experience over 10 people ;
  • Project Management skills with skills on time and budget control;
  • Relevant industry experience for the position applied;
  • Shown ability to strategize, influence, communicate and execute complex initiatives;
  • Confirmed ability to lead large teams and drive engagement initiatives leading to low attrition rates and employee happiness
  • Proactive, high-energy levels, works well under strict deadlines;
  • Shown ability to coach and guide team members to reach their maximum potential, by establishing effective career paths and personal development plans
  • Proven results in building a strong pipeline for line of succession to management roles from the associates in the team
  • Shown ability to inspire change and effectively engage the team to work towards continuous improvement
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar environment (represents and advantage);
