YOUR TASKS :
Involvement in the handling of purchasing processes for the specialized areas concerned and responsibility for master data administration;
Obtaining and evaluating quotations and participating in price negotiations in agreement with the superior and structuring appropriate prices;
Processing incoming discrepant invoices in terms of price;
Following up supplier’s production capacity according to Hella’s requirements for purchased parts;
Creating and managing files and overviews, as well as gathering and preparing data as overviews and for statistical purposes;
Assisting the supply part material planners as well as the quality assurance employees at the escalation level, if required in coordination with superiors;
Utilization of specific tools and standard reports.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :
Qualification for technical / economical college;
Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening) / German is a plus;
Excellent Excel skills;
SAP knowledge is a plus;
Communicative and organized person, involved and determined;
Previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.
