Accountable for implementing regional digital strategy in the local market
Work closely with VP, Head of Digital to ensure digital activity alignment in local markets and regions
Design strategy, planning and drive implementation of promotional, non-branded and medical digital engagement across a variety of digital channels, liaising with agencies where required
Support medical, sales and brand teams with patient and customer journey mapping and the developing of promotional strategies and tactical plans
Monitor digital activity reporting and performance measuring, and drive analysis to uncover insights, continuously refining campaigns and customer / patient experience
Support to ensure digital activities are appropriately tracked within the CRM as appropriate
Collaborate with digital colleagues across the business to share best practice, build capabilities and refine the digital strategy e.
g. identifying opportunity areas to build digital capabilities in both the front and back office to drive growth and deliver efficiencies.
Be aware of new market developments and market specific digital trends and educate local and regional cross-functional colleagues
Support regional teams to roll-out and embed digital capabilities in the local market / BU
Manage digital spend
Manage digital governance and champion digital transformation in local markets
Degree in life sciences, IT / Digital or marketing preferred
Prior Brand or Product Manager experience in Life Science (preferred)
Experience of developing, managing and implementing digital customer engagement strategy across multiple geographies
Experience in designing and managing omnichannel campaigns and digital materials essential
Experience of working cross functionally across Regional, Affiliate and Franchise structures to deliver digital strategies
Strong Matrix working capabilities
Marketing / brand management experience essential
Strong and proven project management skills
