Our colleagues in the Hire to Retire team are looking for a new HR Generalist Team Lead to join our team in Bucharest.
This position is responsible for leading multi-language HR Generalist team as part of the HTR organization and plays a key role in creating the environment that allows the team to win in operating with excellence and driving high level of customer satisfaction.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Ensure high quality HR support is delivered to the business and HR teams in all employee matters in accordance with Kellogg requirements.
Develop a network of strong relationships with HR and the business, to aid effective communication, monitor customer satisfaction and identify where problems exist / improvements can be made.
Ownership of Generalist section of service catalogue and service level agreements and accountable for the generalist team’s service delivery in accordance with SLA standards and metrics.
Monitors and reviews HR processes, identifying inefficiencies and implement improvements to ensure HR processes move towards best practice to increase customer driven environment
Coach, support and mentor team members in order to provide opportunities for reward and career development
Build and distribute analytics insights, progress reports and / or briefings on a regular basis to applicable stakeholders
Drive highly efficient processes and procedures. Ensures that process maps, desktop procedures and working instructions are updated constantly with information on new HR products, practices, legislation, and regulations.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
3+ years’ experience in data driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven collaboration skills. Ability to build consensus and strong commitment from others
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal / external customer to drive change & continuous improvement
Solid time management skills
Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraint
Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues in other locations as well as international locations
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
Proven experience in general HR administration with a solid understanding of European HR practices and polices
English language proficiency
Additional European language proficiency is considered an advantage
Flexible, problem-solving approach and strong team player
Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced and high flexible environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
