Responsibilities
Coordination of the teams activities by distributing a following of the tasks for each developer
Support for team members in order for them to finish their individual tasks
Code review of the teams deliverables
Design of the technical solution respecting the principles given by the architecture team
Write and / or reviews all the technical documentation of the project
Develops and maintains new functionalities
Provides technical coaching and mentoring for the team
Provides estimations and deadlines for the functionalities to be developed by the team
Manages the teams deliverables, making sure they are fitting the agreed budget, timeline, security and quality requests
Helps growing the team by participating in the technical interviews
Technical skills :
Previous experience in leading development teams
POO concepts, data structures and algorithms
Very good technical knowledge in .NET
Very good technical knowledge, having at least 4 years of experience in Web services using SOAP and WebApi
Advanced technical knowledge, having at least 4 years of experience in building web application creation using MVC
Experience with XML, XSL, XSLT
Build Tools : SVN, Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus
Good understanding of web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
Good understanding of relational database
Advanced technical knowledge of security concepts (authentication, authorization, certificates, public and private keys, encryption algorithms)
Basic concepts of Single Sign On (algorithms, implementations)
Languages : English (must) / French (nice to have)
Technical skills are important but we believe soft skills are at least as important :
You are known to generate engagement of the team towards common objectives
You show ability to encourage communication and collaboration between team members in order to meet the objectives
You ensure that the results meet the quality standards set by department and BNP Paribas Personal Finance
You have experience in setting objectives and evaluating team members adapting to regular changes
Developing people around you is a priority to you
You keep a constant clear communication with your team to inform them about the changes that impact the activity
Your excellent communication skills effectively allows to manage demanding clients and to challenge them with the best solutions

You have an attention to detail and very good analytical qualities

You showed in the past capacity to make decisions and take responsibilities.

You showed good social skills, ability to integrate in a local team as well as in a remote team
You are customer oriented
You can be available to travel abroad (not mandatory)
