Responsibilities :

  • Manages the overall quality assurance process, performs quality checks and analyses the quality reports, in order to provide feedback to Management team;
  • Participate in regular review meetings with various team members to ensure that quality is being maintain throughout the contracts life-cycle;
  • Proactively monitor systems to ensure that areas of good practice and / or concern are identified and shared with the relevant manager;
  • Track and analyze defect checks results in order to find failures and inconsistencies of processes;
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization;
  • Implement activity to address any areas for improvement;
  • Ensure understanding of processes and controls within business units, analyze and recommend procedural changes and controls implementations to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Implement controls to mitigate data quality risks including monitoring data quality results, reports and dashboards;
  • Initiates improvements projects to increase quality of the processes and insure HP and Wipro business exigencies criteria are met;
  • Participate / Manage various quality initiatives and projects;
  • Accept responsibility of training and preparing new employees for this position;
  • Investigate, control and follow-up on accuracy and completeness of business required documents for new customers;
  • Provides training to all new comers and assures smooth transition to the operational tasks
  • First level of operational support for the team
  • Provides support to other departments that might have questions process related
  • Constant feedback provided to management teams related to new employees’ evolution
  • Testing support for any new tool or process changes
  • Training materials up to date
  • Refresh trainings with new details received during the month
  • Training material storage
  • Recurrent operational tests (per quarter).
  • Critical skills required :

  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in German
  • Proficient with reporting and analytical tools;
  • Innovative and willing to initiate and support change;
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to communicate in verbal or written form in order to provide adequate solutions;
  • Integrity : Accepting & adhering to high ethical, moral and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform with accuracy and a high attention to detail;
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution experience;
  • 2 years customer service experience, business to business customer support experience preferred;
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with ability to remotely coordinate with various regions
