Manage and supervise the contractors for the facilities area (a big reconstruction project will start in 2019);
First intervention in electrical systems interruptions or other operational problems;
Responsible for operation and maintenance of building electrical systems (mainly power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, life safety systems, controls, generators and UPS systems);
Perform hands on work, review of daily responsibilities, schedule and budget for the projects.
Create and maintain updated local specifications, up-to-date electrical as-built documentation and other documents required by regulations for building electrical systems;
Drive energy efficiency and other improvement projects and initiatives;
Responsible for implementation of corrective and improvement actions;
Ensure safety and compliance with local codes and regulation in his area of responsibility.

Holder of legal authorization (certificate) as per Romanian legislative (to install, operate and do small repairs of electrical systems)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities area
