Role Description :
Drive the launch readiness process with specific liaising with cross-functional teams in order to align on agreed pre-launch / launch plan
Work closely with field force teams (commercial and medical) to gather insights on the customers, market perception for the pre-launch / launch plan.
Actively provides support to the field force and ensures that plans are implemented flawlessly, and commitments are acted upon.
Builds relationships with all functions impacted in business environment (Internal and External). Effective facilitation of Brand Team meetings.
Is the key driver within the Product Brand Team, ensuring all members contribute and are equally accountable for the plan.
Delivers results in line with product / business plan and company goals. Responsible for pulling together and driving marketing activities across all functions to ensure that results are achieved.
Assess and analyze complex marketplace issues and develop clear understanding of both internal and external environment.
Therefore, requirement to analyze data from a variety of sources (e.g. Medical, market researches, IQVIA, Interact) and interpret to produce effective business plans.
Looks at the potential the product has for the long and short term whilst ensuring plans address customer needs. Maintains clear communication with customers regarding mutual expectations.
Critical in business planning. Thinks logically about steps to take and communicates in a clear manner. Where possible builds contingency into plans.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience :
4-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing or biopharmaceutical experience. BSc / MSc in life sciences. Experience in the field of hematology / oncology might be an advantage
