We are looking for a human resource professional with an emphasis on designing and facilitating programs that strengthen management and professional skills and enhance the employee experience.
The People& Development Specialist will be a key member of the HR team and will report directly to the Country HR Manager.
The responsible for P&D will have a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives that enhance the employee experience, with special emphasis on designing and delivering creative learning programs for managers and staff.
Will be also coordinating the full performance appraisal process management for all employees using dedicated tools. The ability to deliver sophisticated offerings that inspire continuous professional and leadership development to highly educated staff at all levels will be key to success in this role.
As a key member of the HR team, the PD will be involved in various HR initiatives working closely with the HR Manager :
Organization Management : Participate in the design of strategic human resource policies and practices to ensure that offerings optimize the employee experience;
Organizational roles : create a basic management development program for new and prospective managers and Skills Mapping
Work with the Head Quarters to ensure high quality presentations and materials;
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s management development, employee development and employee engagement efforts.
Training Plan definition for competencies development. Needs analysis, trainings planning providers evaluation and delivery
Internal and external Audit management : HR processes and procedures; HR Reference support in Audit preparation and local Audit management
People Development processes deployment : Performance & Leadership Management, Talent Management
Headcount management, monitoring hiring needs for Cluj Napoca
Participation to Great Place to Work(internal survey) activities for employees’s satisfaction improvement
Support to Recruitment as a adviser / reference in the relationship with external agencies / internal recruiter
Bachelor degree in Psychology
English Advanced level
Relevant experience in a similar role would be highly apreciated
Very good MS office skills (Excel mostly)
