The intern will be in charge of the SFDC (SalesForce.Com) operations and maintenance of all the problems related to CRM, ECRM, Sales and Contact Center activities.
Works with SalesForce Sales and Service Cloud tools, Sales Force Analytics Cloud, SalesForce Commerce Cloud tools
Works with Systems and Applications integration tools
Delivers support and enhancements; executes all maintenance activities according to specific business procedures and validation standards.
Provides system improvements and assists in project activities : including the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of SAP configuration changes.
Configures SFDC system as per business request, develops tests to ensure that functionality works as per functional and technical design specifications
Education : Faculty of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics
Competences : Analysis and attention to detail, teamwork, skill, accuracy, perseverance, using specialized terminology, communication and problem solving skills.
Experience : Newly graduates of Faculty / Master; any experience in IT field will be an advantage
Others : English at a very good level, flexibility, dynamic person
