JYSK Romania is looking for an Junior HR in Personnel Administration.
What can you expect to be doing, day by day?
Prepare documents related to our employees (labor contracts, decisions for terminations, certificates);
Keep records of employee’s personal documents;
Manage the database of employees, operate at the correct time the entries and exits;
Keep our internal systems up-to-date;
Be responsible for the relationship with the PSI & SSM company and with labor medicine company
Act as support for salary calculation.

Therefore we seek a person having the following skills :
Fluency in English (both written & verbal)
Good Microsoft office skills (Excel and Word)
Friendly and customer first oriented attitude
Ability to organize own work, to communicate efficient; initiative, good team skills and flexible personality
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll and period closing deadlines
Capable of discretely handling confidential information
High sense of responsibility
Knowledge of Labor Legislation will be an advantage
Personnel administration experience - will be an advantage
Salary calculation will be an advantage
