Within our organization we are recruiting for a brand new role to cover Cloud Application Development(Java, Chatbots, Blockchain, Application Container, API, Developer, etc) .
As a Cloud Application Development Specialist - Customer Successr in Oracle, you manage and assist our customers' Adoption Journey into Oracle Cloud Application Development portfolio and ensure they get the most out of their investment.
You will work with microservices, blockchanin, functionless technologies as well as containers, API Managements, chatbots and the entire Developer portfolio .
This role is 100% cloud focused and blends technical hands-on and business skills.

Drives Cloud Application Development Adoption within the contract base.
Build the technical design of the Cloud Application Development use case and deployment architecture
Run hands-on and conceptual workshops, and Proof of concepts
Build workshop materials, best practices, recommendations
Using your technical expertise and product knowledge to respond to technical questions from customers around Oracle Cloud products and solutions
Deliver cloud application development advisory services to customers
Onboard our customers into Cloud Application Development
Serves as the voice of the customer the customers’ advocate and provide feedback to product management and development organizations to enhance both the Service and Oracle processes
Driving high customer Satisfaction through the cloud adoption
Educate customers on new cloud application development services / features / services / use cases
Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provide recommendations based on risk and customers’ business needs
Assisting with or leading the development of relevant material such as workshops, demonstrations and training.
Maintain relationships with Product Management and ensure that feedback to / from the EMEA Customer Success organisation is prioritised appropriately
This is an EMEA Role : travel is expected up to 40% of time
What we are looking for :
Ideally works in an Cloud Computing related role today (presales, consulting and development)
Middleware (J2E development, application development with other technology than J2E, micro services, Business Process Management, SOA, API management, data integration or IoT)
Additional languages : Python / PHP / Ruby, etc
Understanding of IaaS / PaaS Solution Architectures will be an advantage.
Experience in developing Cloud Native Applications, Containers and Microservices
Good understanding on DevOps tools & virtualization technologies
Experience working with Mobile application development is an advantage.
Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize and expand the footprint of seeded markets in the public cloud platform
Good listener, product and client centric attitude, strong in relationship building, good communicator, and coordinator, leadership skills across various business units
Willingness to travel to customer locations (approx. 40%)

Detailed Description and Job Requirements Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify / drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Work with medium sized clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues / replenish / renews contract with Oracle.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations.
Identify product expansion / up sell opportunities. Responsible for sharing information across the CSM team via defined methods.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. 5 to 7 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience.
