By joining us as a Reliability Solutions Leader you will be responsible for the development and leading of the execution of sales strategies of designated Reliability Solutions within the Solutions and Software business unit.

Your goals will beto achieve the agreed Bookings, Gross Profit, Sales and strategic targets for the product lines and services in the agreed sales territory.

This will be achieved by working in close collaboration with the current Sales Team as well as the assigned distributors.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability within customers in the agreed sales territory.
  • Actively promote and sell Reliability Solutions offerings including products, solutions and services in the agreed geographical area or industry of responsibility.
  • Actively pursue of existing opportunities to promote the assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge on all products and solutions and have the ability to communicate and apply that knowledge through Solutions Selling methodology.
  • Report on time basis to the business unit Sales Director and Reliability Solutions European Management on quotation and project potential through POR and other reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive development of strategies and initiatives to ensure long term business growth and customer loyalty
  • Oversee, ensure and personally support the execution of committed contractual terms to customers in all business transaction.
  • Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and executing solutions to their needs.
  • Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions and services of designated Instrumentation.
  • Report regularly to the direct supervisor on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect the Emerson business strategies.
  • FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :

  • Engineering degree or comparable technical education (Mechanical Engineering is preferred);
  • At least 5 years sales experience in Sales Account in the industrial Reliability Solutions market for several types of Industrial Assets;
  • Demonstrable business acumen and experience with a strong Reliability Solutions background (Industry / Business knowledge), Midterm or longer practice with rotating machine is a benefit;
  • Strong PC user;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • To be an action oriented, self-motivated, results driven salesperson;
  • To be a team player willing to work with other sales people in the region and globally;
  • Strong achiever with an ability to work in a complex matrix organization;
  • Fluent English skills both verbal and written;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel in the region and international occasionally.
