Manage marketing activities and projects forcritical segment(s) of the HON business, from a strategic role.
Key Responsibilities :
You will lead the integration of customer &competitor research & intelligence to predict trends, identify growthopportunities and market needs.
You will direct efforts to coordinate with variousinternal and external business and leadership groups in a global and matrixedenvironment in order to meeting aggressive targets and goal.
You will create / monitor KPIs to measure successfor the programs and strategies in place.
Leaders will develop credible market research& competitive intelligence to inform Honeywell strategic plans (STRAP) andannual operating plans (AOP)
Leaders will maneuver across globally diverse and matrixed lines of business togenerate best in class tools and data to drive business growth
YOU MUST HAVE :
Bachelor's Degree in analytical discipline (Marketing, Business Mgmt., Math, Engineering, etc.)
Prior experience in strategy
Passion for and prior experience in buildings industry
Excellent interpersonal, organization & communication skills
Advanced analytical skills
Excellent business writing, editing, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work in a global, matrix organization
