Your Mission :
The role revolves around 4 key responsabilities :
coordinate the reporting structure for the KYC Operations departments;
analyzing the business objectives of the stakeholder to develop solutions to their business needs;
check and analyze the data accuracy from the database and propose action plans to solve issues;
analyze the KPIs interpret and propose business decission for KYC Operations management.
Your Role in a Nutshell :
Define and analyze KPIs from reports both As Is and To Be ;
Analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures;
Ad-hoc descriptive analysis or typology analysis of data;
Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions together with the concerned Business Line Owner;
Automation of the Data Quality activities reflecting the identified anomalies;
Propose key controls for the reporting data and test their efficiency in accordance with the business requirements and using existent tools;
Prepare the reports and updates for the monthly Committees;
Ensure the continuous improvement for the reporting team activites and processes;
Ensure the KPIs deliverables and establish remediation plans if needed;
Become a referent on all the reporting domains : data accuracy, communication with ITIM, analysis, new analysis proposals, deliverables of KPIs
Support and back-up for manager for operational tasks.

A little about You :
You have previous experience in business analysis and reporting for the stakeholder and develop solutions to their business issues;
You have former experience in transition processes;
You have knowledge in defining processes and writing standard operating procedures;
You have excel advanced skills, VBA skills, Power Point advanced skills, Visio, SharePoint skills, Power BI, SalesForce.Com skliss;
You have minimum experience of 3 years as a Business Analyst;
You are confortable in working in a demanding environment, you are a proactive person always looking for improvements;
You have Six Sigma knowledge;
You are fluent in English; French minimum level : B1.
