What you’ll achieve This role will support Dell Financial Services (DFS) by delivering critical information and reports in support of the DFS Finance and Sales organizations across the global DFS organization.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that works closely with multiple, global business partners across Sales, Finance and other business units to support the DFS organization.

Our global business partners rely on us to develop, analyze, validate and maintain the integrity of sales compensation data and reporting.

You will : · Develop, prepare, and maintain sales attainment, finance reporting, sales reporting, sales compensation payouts, and conduct pay reviews with management · Document, streamline and automate reporting processes, ensure timely delivery of reporting to Sales and Finance, leadership, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Address questions from global business partners, research issues, create and conduct training for business partners and analysts, escalate exceptions to management, prepare documentation of exceptions for management, and prepare for and lead Sales Compensation Committee reviews.
  • Assist with preparation of other finance-related activities such as accruals calculations, forecast sales compensation expense, perform ad-hoc analysis, etc.
  • Develop strong financial services acumen, follow market conditions and changes to the business and proactively communicate and make adjustments to reporting and processes accordingly.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, filters, charts, v-lookups, etc.) and intermediate PowerPoint skills · Strong analytical skills and experience working with and manipulating large datasets · Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines · Proactive, ability to work independently, adaptable, and flexible with change Here’s our story;
