Position : Head of FM Sales
Head of FM Sales is responsible for developing and maintain effective business opportunities mainly with NBFI customers, maximize team’s revenue and increase the value of ING franchise within Seoul financial market.
Take charge of managing a portfolio of clients with a solid business potential such as structured products, fixed income products, other alternative investments products and etc.
Identify and cultivate commercial opportunities for both existing and potential clients. Strive to close transactions that improve FM's market share, while satisfying clients' investment needs
Keep compliant with the relevant ING policies and procedures, and ensure that all compliance and non-financial risk management requirements are fulfilled in all client dealings.
Escalate any possible compliance violations (e.g. market abuse or inappropriate behaviours carrying reputational risk) to Compliance and FM Management.
and know the relevant local financial industry code of conducts.
Find out profitable business opportunities which are suitable for Korean investor’s needs not only internally, but also through a third party product providers.
