How you contribute :
Supporting a local community, ensuring that Iasi team is fully operational, processes are running smoothly and the Mambu office reflects our company values in a mixed work from home and office environment
Own local facilities needs for our office
Support the onboarding of new Mambuvians
Managing the day-to-day office operations which includes vendor management, health & compliance support for the Iasi office and be the contact person for any office-related issues as well as guests to our office
Supporting the organization of meetings, workshops, and other team events / initiatives
Acting as an ambassador for the Mambu culture - internally as well as externally
Managing the back office which includes general office organisation, coordinating deliveries, ordering equipment and other office supplies
Providing operational and administrative support with Finance, HR and external stakeholders to ensure that all office related operations run efficiently
Collaborate with other regional office managers to deliver company initiatives on a regional and global level.
What’s in your toolbox :
3+ / 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role
Health and safety measure knowledge
Experience in collaborating with local legal authorities on office related audits, controls
Outstanding time management, organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated capability to switch context and focus while keeping standards of delivery high
Demonstrate reliability, accountability and a sense of responsibility
You are a friendly and open communicator and know when to handle sensitive topics with confidentiality, you are able to easily integrate, adapt and create a network
Experience in managing different stakeholders and preserve and share cultural values in all interactions
Experience in creating reports and working with budgets
Great command of English language
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, get stuff done and make an impact
