To provide technical support answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to project Policies and Procedures.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected in the ticketing system, ServiceNow.
To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant next level IT personnel.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving of Workstation related problems.
Maintaining Workstations with windows 10 / 11 through Intune.
Support of Windows and MS Office 365 products including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
Troubleshoot MS Active Sync, manage 2FA authentication in RSA Console and maintain the access to internal tool through SSL VPN.
Ability to do remote support (tools like Logmein will be provided).
Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
Proven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications.
Outstanding Client Service Skills.
Administration Experience of MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts.
Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for optimal performance.
Able to work in shifts from Monday to Friday and availability to work on Bank Holidays.
